The Tennessean reports that PDK Southern Kitchen and Pantry will occupy 5,000 square feet at the new One Bellevue Place development, which is replacing the former Bellevue Center mall.
Peter Demos, president and CEO of the family-owned company, said a second PDK location is scheduled to open in Mt. Juliet’s Providence MarketPlace next year.
Writes The Tennessean:
PDK Southern Kitchen and Pantry will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week with limited hours on Sundays. Patrons will pay at the front counter with their food delivered to them at the roughly 100-seat restaurant.
The menu will include burgers, chicken, salads made fresh in front of customers, specialty soups and banana pudding. Both PDK Southern Kitchen and Pantry locations are expected to feature retail items from local vendors, including specialty coffee from Just Love Coffee, honey and dog biscuits.
