Bar Louie coming to Bellevue development as Chili’s, Sprouts set to open

Location at $200 million One Bellevue Place would be the third Bar Louie in the Nashville area after the Gulch and Murfreesboro.

A third Nashville area location of bar/restaurant Bar Louie is planned for One Bellevue Place, the mixed-used project that’s rising on the site of the former Bellevue Center mall.

The news, announced on the One Bellevue Place Facebook page, comes as several new tenants are preparing to open starting with Chili’s Grill & Bar on July 31. “It’s exciting to see this finally come to fruition after so long,” Metro Councilwoman Sheri Weiner said.

The Bellevue location would join Bar Louie in Nashville’s Gulch area and Murfreesboro.

“We are currently working out some final details…,” Chad Apap, Bar Louie Nashville’s director of operations, said in declining further comments about that planned location.

Bar Louie will offer a menu including appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads along with its signature martinis, cocktails and beer selection, according to the post on Facebook.

Overall, the $200 million One Bellevue Place at Interstate 40 and Highway 70 South is expected to include 375,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to Chili’s, upcoming openings include the 30,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store on Aug. 2.
