Benchmark started in 2006 inside CEO Phillip Cantrell’s downtown Franklin home. Two years later, Benchmark launched its 100% commission model with only five agents. That model, combined with a clear vision and customer-oriented values, led to exponential growth.

Fast-forward to 2022, Benchmark Realty serves out of 8 offices with over 1,550 agents across Tennessee and southern Kentucky. We have multiple offices in the Greater Nashville area, with one here in One Bellevue Place, located behind Sprouts. Plus, a university-style program called CORE empowers new real estate agents to continue to strive towards their goals as they enter into the field.
